Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval and credited back to the original payment method or as store credit.
Veneasy reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with our policies.

Veneasy is not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or third-party technical issues.

If you subscribe to any recurring services, you authorize Veneasy to charge your payment method automatically at the agreed intervals.
Customers can cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding payments, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
Our team will investigate and provide a resolution as per company policies. Our decision will be final and binding.
