3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are credited within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Veneasy error.

  • Orders canceled before shipping may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
