Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We'll send you the replacement item once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
