Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India and select international locations. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. The minimum order value for free shipping will be displayed at checkout and may vary by location.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members
Look around the delivery location for a safe place the carrier may have left it
Contact the shipping carrier to verify delivery details
Wait 24 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery

If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, please contact us and we will investigate.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
